Carven designer Guillaume Henry was in New York last week for the store opening of the new flag ship on Mercer Street. Though the space was still under construction, he celebrated with a soft opening and a dinner a few days earlier at Luncheonette. It was a great turn-out, with Ciara at the head table and a few ladies, including myself, happily dressed in Carven. Ironically though, the biggest instagram hit that night was not the food, nor the female accordion player, not even Guillaume; it was our personal, monogrammed napkin! Anyways, I’ve been a Carven fan from the beginning and now that I’ve met Guillaume in person – he’s beyond nice – I can start my full-fledged groupie campaign! Just one question: are we still doing color blocking?

Natalie, you look stunning as always! One question: is the plum burgundy cropped top from this season’s collection? Is it in stock already? Thanks and best from Berlin!
