OK, I’m not waving one of those cute, miniature American flags or wearing some smart red/white/blue combinations – though I’ve got something French themed coming up next week – but I imagine this is how a lot of New Yorkers are spending their 4th of July weekend. Somewhere green, in the country, by some pool or beach and just lounging – bathing suits and shoes optional. Am I right? I may not be American, but I enjoy my Independence just as much as the next person, especially in stilettos.
